Restaurant Kvartal, Vologda. Days 12-13.5


Day 12.5.2014 was really Bup Food Day

Restaurant Kvartal is open 24/7. That`s why we practiced together four different bup food recipes to new night menu list. Good, salty, heavy and with much beer..

 Almost like original Toad In Hole; garlic sausages, eggs, milk, mustard, onion, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, mushrooms, cherry jam and flour. Add salad, cherry tomato and Martha`s garlic pampushka roll as Kvartal`s company idea wants



BBQ-chicken wings with vegetables and garlic dip mayonnaise



Pork neck escalope on white beans hill, up and down






Little more light. Roasted vegetables with herbs dip and toasted Pampushka



Much more light. Back side is one Chapel and front is hardwoods painted white poison against bugs. Every hardwood places like this look same in parks and boulevards, funny but birches do not need that painting.  



At least Vologda`s river side got warm and green




Last heavy staff was grilled chicken`s thigh with kidney beans stew.




Day 13.5 was Soup Day and it started as you see, with good and clear planning paper and bougue garni



Simple potatoes leek soup with toasted Pampushka



What a relaxing day, we only make analysis, drink wineS and keep all under the control.....
it`s not truth, what it`s look



Next soup give everybody challenges. I made "surprise soup" and everybody quest from witch country it is. 
And who know right get present...

He gonna taste tomorrow free beer, but Dima it is not whole barrel

From Asia soup was all favorite, chicken noodle soup with black seaweeds 


They know what is cook`s important tool



Everyone wanted that I do real hamburger and so it happen but everybody used only fingers......
