Day 14.5. Restaurant Avenue`s head workers wanted cook "SaimaaMenu" foods they selfs


This day was to the heroes


 Only one portion wants right sides casserol

Natasha`s Karjalanpaisti a`la SaimaaMenu was fist in



What the color, I mean in sauce. And taste was perfect, portion hot, colourful, al dente just vegetables and meat tender



Dima`s bacon and basil roll chicken salad really was better than I made and his cooking was so professional



The best was harmony in everywhere, taste, colour, composition and temperature



Restaurant Avenue`s Chef made got fish salad



Fish was so soft and vegetables good crispy. Vinegrette taste put all taste together.

All together, Russian takes 9 points (max 10)
